95 kg of cannabis seized in Jaffna

A team attached to the Police Narcotic Bureau has seized some 95 kilograms of cannabis in Jaffna, Ada Derana reporter says.


The raid was carried out in the wee hours of this morning (04) near the railway station of Kodikamam, the reporter added.


The seized haul will be produced before the Jaffna Magistrate today. The police have launched an investigation to identify the involved suspects.
