Chairman of Avant Garde Maritime Services (Pvt.) Ltd - Nissanka Senadhipathi says that if the authorities allowed to bring in foreign exchange through proposed projects, the rupee would not depreciate so sharply against the dollar and many retired war veterans would have lucrative employment opportunities.
